Synopsis

Alex Gregory, a new Niel Bohr and the hope of modern science, seems to be such a perfect man and so highly gifted in all the domains that he comes up with an idea that he must be a divine being. He feels that he is not far from the capital scientific discovery confirming the existence of God. But at the same moment he meets in his dreams his antimatter twin who starts to hunt him. This twin is superior to him in every way and Alex, who despised his fellow humans, has to face his own imperfection and smallness. Exhausted by his twin's chase, he dares to meet his eyes and discovers that his double is, unlike him, deeply human and compassionate. Alex understands his own meanness and would like to change his life and his attitude but we don't know if he will have a second chance because both men disappear.

My project is all about personal transformation. Nowadays, so many of us feel trapped in the rat race for glory, material gains and superficial success. I don't write about such things, for they don't last. I want to show the ressurection of a deep and powerful soul through its struggle with its own dark side. My hero used to be driven by a selfish desire for his personal triumph; I want him to be reborn as someone who will use his genius to serve the others.

Imagine a creature that considered itself to be the most beautiful butterfly of the universe and that suddenly realizes that it was not more than an ugly caterpillar. It is the story of my hero. The end will depend on the ability of the Snow King to crush his pride and to rise from the ashes. The way will be long and full of thorns.

Through the story of Alex Gregory I would like to call the readers to get rid of all these useless layers of greed, jealousy and selfishness that poison our souls and to find the purest and the highest sides of themselves that will transform them into the beautiful beings that God intended them to be.
